Contact customer service to submit a return request
Provide order information and product photos
Once approved, obtain the return address
The user ships the product back
The warehouse will process the refund after inspection.

Please do not return products without confirmation, as this may affect refund processing.

If the return is due to product quality issues, the relevant return costs can be negotiated after verification.

If the return is due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs may need to be borne by the user.
